Limo Classic provides chauffeured transportation and related services. Service availability, vehicle type, route, pickup time, and pricing are subject to confirmation. A quote or inquiry does not create a reservation until we confirm the booking.
Reservations and passenger information
You agree to provide accurate contact, pickup, destination, flight, passenger, luggage, and scheduling information. Please notify us promptly of any changes. You are responsible for ensuring that the requested vehicle and service are suitable for your party and belongings.
Rates and payment
Rates may depend on vehicle type, trip duration, distance, tolls, parking, airport fees, waiting time, additional stops, special requests, and other trip-specific charges. Any applicable taxes, gratuities, deposits, or payment terms will be disclosed with your quote or reservation confirmation. You authorize us to charge the agreed amount using the payment method provided.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and change terms may vary by vehicle, service, event, and notice period. The terms provided with your quote or reservation confirmation apply to your booking. Late cancellations, no-shows, material schedule changes, or reductions in service may result in charges up to the full reserved amount.
Pickup, waiting time, and delays
You are responsible for being ready at the agreed pickup time and location. Additional waiting time may be charged. We make reasonable efforts to arrive on schedule, but traffic, weather, road closures, flight changes, mechanical issues, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays. Please allow sufficient travel time for flights, appointments, and events.
Passenger conduct and safety
- Passengers must comply with applicable laws and reasonable instructions from the chauffeur.
- Smoking, unlawful activity, unsafe behavior, harassment, and damage to a vehicle are prohibited.
- Seat belts must be used when required, and children must travel in legally required safety seats supplied by the passenger unless otherwise agreed.
- We may refuse or end service when conduct threatens safety, violates the law, or risks damage to property.
Luggage and personal property
Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. Do not leave valuables unattended in a vehicle. Please contact us promptly about lost property. We are not responsible for items left behind except to the extent required by applicable law.
